CANCELLATIONS: If you are unable to attend your appointment we require 48 hours notice in order to reassign your appointment to another client.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS: This includes failing to turn up to your appointment or arriving too late for your consultation or appointment to be carried out. Failure to give the required notice will result in a £50.00 cancellation fee.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE: We take complaints about our work, staff and levels of service very seriously. If you are not happy with any aspect at Springwell Clinic we would like you to let us know. You can ring and make an appointment to see one of the Directors or put the problem into writing. We will endeavour to deal with any complaint by the next working day where possible.

We have 2 car parks within 2 minutes walk of Springwell Clinic. One is next to Cote Brasserie on West Street and the other is at the back of Sainsbury’s, accessed from Oxford Road. They are both pay-and-display and have easy payment systems including pay by mobile.
