HydraFacial Treatment - How does it work?

HydraFacial will give you instant results that you can see and feel after each treatment. There is a 6 step treatment process – Detox, Cleanse and Exfoliation, Brightening, Extraction, Hydration and finally Rejuvenation. Dead skin cells and impurities are removed and the skin is hydrated with antioxidants and peptides. A HydraFacial cleanses the skin by delivering botanical ingredients containing nutrients such as hyaluronic acid, horse chestnut, red algae extract, zinc and magnesium peptides.

HydraFacial Acne

Involves the same 6 stage treatment process but also includes a Glysal Peel. This treatment will help to improve the appearance of acne and acne scarring and regulate oil levels caused by excess sebum. The strength of the peel will be tailored to your needs. The Glysal boost is used to minimise congestion in the pores of the skin and to reduce the appearance of superficial acne scars. Following the series patients report smoother skin, a much more even skin tone and a decrease in the number of acne spots.

HydraFacial Anti-Ageing

This helps tackle wrinkles without the use of injectables. This treatment involves the same 6 stage treatment process but also includes an anti-ageing serum. The anti-ageing serum targets fine lines and deep wrinkles for a youthful, plumping effect. This results in an instant improvement in skin elasticity and overall complexion. This gives the skin a firmer and more youthful appearance.

HydraFacial Pigmentation

HydraFacial involves an element of dermabrasion which can reduce the visibility of brown spots. The active ingredient Alpha Arbutin works as an inhibitor to block melanin production and provides natural lightening of pigmentation. Vitamin C in its oil-soluable form is also utilised as it brightens the skin by functioning as an antioxidant that helps the production of collagen.
