New to the clinic is our Alpha IPL delivering one of the latest errands in non-invasive aesthetic treatments – the TIGHT & BRIGHT IPL skin rejuvenation facial.

The technology works by emitting high-intensity pulses of light deep into the skin without harming the surface area, minimising pores and fine lines, tightening the skin, promoting new collagen production, and addressing sun spots and pigmentation.

The skin appears visibly tighter and brighter after just one treatment, and you can expect a more youthful and radiant complexion without surgery or extensive downtime.

What is the Tight & Bright IPL Facial?

The ‘Tight and Bright’ IPL facial is a non-invasive aesthetic treatment that combines Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) technology with other methods to improve skin tone, texture, and reduce signs of ageing. It is suitable for all and complements many of the other treatments we offer at the clinic.

What can I expect from the Tight & Bright IPL Facial treatment?

We will measure your skin type with our Melanin Guide which helps us to deliver a safe and effective treatment for you.

Your practitioner will then map out the treatable areas, and apply a cooling gel. The IPL is then applied – a process that can feel a little uncomfortable, but is very quick!

There is no downtime, so you are able to carry out normal activities straight after the facial.

How many IPL Facial treatments do I need?

We will discuss a treatment plan with you at your consultation. Depending on your skin concerns and desired outcomes, we will suggest course of treatments, most commonly 4 treatments, 4 weeks apart is recommended, but you could just have a single treatment to brighten your skin.

Are there any side effects?

The treatments use light/heat and you are required to wear special glasses or eye shields. You will be aware of light around the glasses but they will not cause any problems to the eye.

If you have had recent sun exposure and not mentioned this to your practitioner, you may experience some mild sun burn symptoms. We use a melanin guide, a diagnostic tool which provides accurate skin type readings ensuring a personalised and effective treatment experience for everyone.
